i’m currently a resident at these apartments. i moved in april of last year so far i’ve had zero problems. (except for my very noisy across porch neighbor, i’ve set bamboo up so she can’t see into our home anymore)but that’s not the apartments fault. i was reading other reviews and i have yet to see any roaches lol i wonder how clean those people lived. they do shut the water off often for maintenance but have gotten really good in giving advance notices and quickly have the water running again. this is a pet friendly community but everyone is mindful and clean up after their animals. the laundry facilities are sometimes dirty so i’d recommend using them early in the mornings when the messy residents aren’t up yet. the managers are very quick and attentive and the price i pay for my 3 bedroom apartment is fair includes a parking stall with an average size storage unit (parking for additional car is extra but you only have to pay once for the sticker permit) i love flex pay that allows you to pay rent on two separate dates which helps a lot! it’s very convenient. very close to the pier, freeways,schools & shops.

If I could give zero stars I would, definitely do not recommend, as you can see in the other rating brings this renting facility to a 2.9. Tells you everything, rent is overpriced for how the inside of the apartments looks. The one they show you in the tour is nothing compared to the one you will get. Definitely do not recommend this place.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. We have been here 2 years and since the day we have moved in it has been a awful experience. Our first unit smelt like dog piss. We had mold in the main bedroom. Closet was off the tracks. They would rather wash the carpets then replace it. We had to sleep in our living room for a while do to the odor. Took over 6 months for them to help solve the problem. Rotten oranges fall in your yard. And very rude neighbors. Moved to our 2nd unit thinking everything was going to be great. At the time we had an amazing manager Jessica she helped alot. But our apartment still has things that was on our walk through list that has NOT been fixed. Not to long ago we found out there are termites behind our fridge and when u heat the stove up they come out. Our laundry facility is a joke. They had to reimburse me money becuse it was a continuing situation. People touch your clothes even if you just time it right people here are super inconsiderate. Ive had our blanket shredded clothes stolen. Its always a mess. Our neighbors here have a habbit of always slamming doors non stop, running up and down the stairs like its a play ground. The pool is pointless always dirty and we live right next to it and people are there after hours blasting music being and being loud.water is always shut off, unexpectedly. When you call they don't ever have a reason why its off. There gym was nice until someone decided to take out the water jugs, and stealing equipment. Also found roaches in there gym area, there solution is spray it and hide it . Dogs on the property are not in fact serviced. Multiple encounters of dogs attacking others hoping fences and nothing is being done. The garbage cans are always over flowing and trash on the floor. We are looking to move shortly and when we went to go put in our 30 day notice we got told we couldnt. Due to jessica and Ashley not correcting our lease. They always put things to the side and forget. Well there forgetfulness has its consequences for us. Unlike other mangers trying to help amy is awful. She has terrible customer service skills, she basically told me we are out of luck and that she cant help us. They are raising rent here for what? Nothing has been fixed remodled or anything! Since amy and jazmine have been here taking over nothing but a headache has come from this place. I highly recommend you take your family else where and not even waste a penny here. By far the worst place we have ever lived.

I live here, but I don't like it. I hate it here. They take to long to come fix things, and we don't have a dumpster on the side where we live so people are throwing it on our yard. The manager has been called several times about this, but they haven't done nothing about it. Maybe they need new management, but its not worth living in a two bedroom for 1800 a month. Also they put notices an hour before they turn the water off so naturally you don't notice until you open your door. There have been plenty of times I've been in the shower and they turn it off. Not good at all. I don't recommend this place.
