I just submitted my passport application at this USPS. I was prepared with all required documentation and had a very pleasant experience with Don. He was also very informative on how to prepare my families paperwork as we will be submitting to get their passports this week as well. Needless to say, we will be back. Thanks, Don!

USPS Employee "Don" was unpleasant, rude and unhelpful. Recommend going elsewhere.

unprofessional, management has poor knowledge of the systems and how they operate. Exclusively during my experience attempting to obtain a passport for myself and my daughter of 3 months. During the final stage of the transaction the power went out! All members of this particular location to include the manager expressed to me the charge would be voided and not applied to my account. 2 business days later it posted. Attempted to them fill out the required refund paperwork to obtain a refund and this again did not remedy the situation for a refund. Currently being disputed by my bank provider. Absolutely unacceptable. Customer service and personnel all require training and evaluations.

Great service! Walk up machines are easy, and an associate helped me use them. Quick and easy

may I make an appt. forpssport renewal at this postal office?
If it is a Po Box in the USPS pay for a new one at the front desk. If it is you home mail box key, you will have to go to home depot or any hardware store and buy a new lock and install it yourself. Sorry
Yes
You can pick up a box from the post office to take home. You can also use any box that is clean and sturdy that would fit your needs.

No
No. You must make your appointment online. They do "walk in" appointments at the station in rancho Bernardo office.

No You have to go to the Federal building in Los Angeles
That would be your suffix. Those +4 numbers help with routing to your neighborhood. If you include the +4 characters it helps sorting and delivery. Hope this helps.
USPS is closed on all federal holidays. Otherwise, normal hours.
9 a.m. to 1245 p.m. and 145 p.m. to 3 p.m.
You'll have to call and find out if that date and time are available
Go into any USPS and they have a passport section in there. You'll need your birth certificate, social(I think), and I don't know the measurements on the picture of your face but I do know if you go into Wal-Mart they can take a passport picture of you.
For a 1 ounce letter it's $1.15 currently. It's the same rate for pretty much anywhere in the world. Also they offer international Forever Stamps if you mail outside the U.S. more than just once.
4:45 P.M. I believe
I'm pretty sure you can.
Yes you can.
I believe they do. But... It really is too easy to do online.
