The store had what I needed. An employee pleasantly and attentively walked me over to section. I feel like they understand service when I go in there. Good on Best Buy for figuring out how to feel not-so-big-boxy.

This store is awful. Staff does not care about giving any type of customer service. After standing waiting to get help, I asked if there was someone working in that department who could help. The guy working said I don’t think so and asked a manager passing by. He said everyone currently working is helping someone and you’ll have to wait 5 min. I had already been standing for 10 min without anyone acknowledging me. I said, ok and waited. After waiting a bit longer and still no one to answer a question I looked on Amazon and realized I can order the item for less and it would be delivered next day. While leaving to walk out the front door, the same manager passed by and said did you get someone to answer your question? I said no. His reply, oh sorry about that.

Love this location, I've been to many Best Buys around the U.S., and the people here are great. It has been sad, though, to see Best Buy as a company becoming less and less of an affordable option for electronics and more of a place to look around before purchasing online. I went through many of their open box clearance items and looked them up online to find brand new examples for the same price, and often times cheaper.

One of the worst experiences I've ever incountered. The employees, including "the manager" (Ana) are so uneducated, we spent hours waiting for them to UNDO a problem with my husband's new phone that THEY created because they were talking to each other and not paying attention to what they were suppose to be doing to set the phone up correctly, they didn't care about us "The Customer" They were rude and so very UNPROFESSIONAL in every way. I will never be a customer with them in the future. Best Buy should really try harder to employ people with knowledge and customer service experience.

You can trade your camera in a customer service and you'll receive in-store credit. From there you can use the in-store credit to buy another one :)

Go to best buy normally the return policy is only valid for 14 days however if you are elite custome it is 30 days. Also check with geek squad in best buy.Even if you don't have the box if you are elegible they will return the item
Take it to Best Buy Geek Squad and I'm sure that can get you up and running
