The attitude of the employee Sarah and the front desk girl is horrible. Very moody and lack of professionalism. If you don't feel feel to be at work stay at home they denied my service for 6 minutes late and said very improper assumptions to my person I been told in LaJolla this place is was not good in her customer service, I try to give a chance ...they was right. Is. Very bad customer service with those people. Manager need to be diligent in her hiring.

Arrifa was fantastic, thorough, and easy to hang out with for my 15 minutes of waxing. I speak for this location only - because another one lied to me about my passes - when I say they were awesome. Fit me in last minute, honest about my remaining passes, and no wait at all. I’ll be a repeat customer here for sure.

I got a Brazilian was done here and had a great experience with it! Tanya did my wax and she did a fantastic job; it was the best wax I’ve ever received actually. She was very careful and thorough, and also such a sweetie that it made the process as painless as it can be. The location is great too. I walked in to check on availability and I was even able to get an appointment almost immediately! It is a little pricey to get a wax done here, but definitely worth it; I’ve had bad experiences at a place that was cheaper. The workers at European Wax are well trained so I always get a good wax. At the European Wax Centers they use an ingrown hair serum called Soothe Me that works wonders! I bought a bottle for myself because it is seriously life changing. It has tea tree in it, so I use it on my acne as well! I would highly recommend getting some if you are prone to ingrown hairs at all.

Everytime I go I feel welcomed and the waxers are great but Alexa does a great job at making sure you don't feel the pain. She'll talk you through and make sure you're comfortable, it's not an easy job but she does great. Waxing is pretty pricey but this place is clean and hard wax feels so much better than soft wax. It's worth the money. They'll try and sell you in serums that's the only part that's typical sales stuff but honestly I love their serum!
