Do not use this company! They failed to follow their own protocol in processing results from my COVID test forcing me to have to cancel my vacation because they mismanaged the processing of my test. Use anybody else but this company.

Perfect service. My mom and my sister came to visit from Chile. They need a PCR to travel back to Chile within 3 days before departure, and they cannot access to free COVID test as they are foreigner. Phamatec was the most affordable place that I found that give you the results before 48 hours. Actually it takes only 7 hours on get the results, which was great for reducing axiaty before the flight. I would recommend to anyone who need a lab-based PCR test within few hours!

Best testing facility in SD area , No hassle Drive through testing , Results we got with 8 hrs (they say < 24 Hrs) esp. during Omnivariant time. Results are as per guidelines for travel.. Definitely recommend this to others ..

I took a test on 23rd December for travel to India and received the results on 25th (>48 hours). The received report had an additional Spanish letter (â) attached to my name and did not match my name on passport. When I called them back about it, I was told that I have incorrectly entered my name and a change would require up-to 24 hours. When I told them about my flight situation and requested them to provide it sooner, I was rudely told “It’s going to take much longer if we continue to speak”. This reply tipped me to write this review. I did not pay 120$ to get anxious about my test results and put up with bad customer service. 1 star for conducting the test in an organized way.
