When the mask mandates where in place, none of the employees were wearing masks when I rented a van. There was a dirty mask on my seat and garbage in the cab. I complained about it and they said they would get back to me and promised they would take care of me. Never heard back for months. Try another moving company for better treatment for your hard earned dollars.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to rent a truck through two different U-Hauls. I ended up in Gresham and Hugh was so patient with me and helped in every way he could. Although a terrible experience with U-Haul, my experience at this store was really great.

All I wanted was propane. I arrived around noon, and waited in line like everyone else. I got to the front and was told the guy who did the propane was it front helping someone else, so I waited for him to come back in. When he did, he went to the bathroom, then the employee lounge. I was then told by the first guy he was on lunch, could I cone back in an hour. I was not happy, but was polite and left. I did come back later, and got in line again. This time I waited about 45 minutes. Then I was asked to move my truck so they could get one of theirs out. Fine. I did so, and returned to the propane station. I finally tracked the propane guy back inside, and as he was walking towards me, asked politely if he was the propane guy (I already knew he was). He didn't stop walking, didn't even look in my direction, walked right by me, said "Nah", went into the employee lounge, got some sort of tool, walked right back by me and ignored me again, and went back outside. I never got my propane, don't know if I ever would have gotten my propane. I've used U Haul several times in the past, but not this station, and received superior service. I've never been treated so rudely in my entire life. It seemed like this employee had some sort of chip on his shoulder, though I had been nothing but patient and polite. I will certainly never return there.

My unit got broken into and things damaged. Half the employees there were rude and treated me like it was my fault, supposedly never found anyone on their cameras (which is suspicious), and on top of that their insurance company that I paid for each month wouldn’t reimburse me a SINGLE CENT. They have SO many technicalities that they use as a cop out so they don’t have to pay you for your stuff. The employees tell people they can just “drill out your lock” and don’t even bother to check ID’s regardless of their plenty of signs stating they do. The smaller building is only locked after business hours so ANYONE has access to those units. It is a really sketchy place. So many of their own rules are not being followed. I would not ever recommend to pay them to keep your stuff “safe” and this whole experience with them and their insurance scam has completely turned me away from U-Haul entirely. I will not even pay for their moving trucks. I will from now on rent from somewhere else and I have since moved to a completely new storage company. I will never go back to U-Haul. I have told my friends and family of my experience and I will continue to do so because what I went through was appalling.

If you are referring to installed, i can't answer that question, mine was not installed there, what they did do is made it quick connect that didnt take long... great guys!
Rates are different for in town moves versus one way. In town is pick up and drop off truck at the same location. One way is pick up and drop off at a different location. Call them or go online for an accurate quote. You can reserve it on your cc same cancel anyone at no charge as long as you cancel min 24hrs before picking it up.
It was 65 per day. But you must drop it off before they close otherwise you'll get charge another day
