Great place if you're looking for pet food and minor toys and accessories. I was looking for an auto feeder station that held 12 to 24 pounds of food. They didn't have what I wanted and while I wasn't looking to buy any dog food, I did notice their pricing was higher then I was used to paying, comparing same brands and sizes.

Have been taking my dog here for years to be groomed. Made a grooming appointment online for him as I always do. Recieved numerous texts reminding me of his appointment. Showed up to his appointment and was told that there's now an extra $20 fee added onto his grooming as he's now considered a senior dog. There was no warning of this beforehand. I called to speak to a store manager who then transferred me to the regional manager. She advised me it was a new policy and I asked why I wasn't told about it beforehand. She explained that if you make online appointments, it wouldnt tell you about the new policy. I explained that they had no problem sending me numerous texts reminding me of my appointment and that there should be in writing somewhere of this new policy. She did take the fee off this time, but we won't be back for any grooming services here. Watch out for hidden fees that they don't tell you about until you arrive for your appointment! Oh and because he's a senior dog, the maximum time spent on grooming him is only "30 minutes" when they charge over $100 for the service. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else.

Allie is an accomplished groomer that knows how to handle many dogs. I take my pup there and she works her magic and he looks incredible every time. I feel comfortable leaving him with her, because he absolutely loves her….not the grooming part. But she has a knack for putting him at ease. Besides Ally’s grooming talents, she is very personable and pleasant.
