Great time! With a unfortunately time of short staff now a days in the industry, they still rocked it. Only issue we had was my mother in laws steak wasn't what she order. All Gravy though.

Service was pretty good. Food was bang average. How can you have all of these corporate controls in place and still have no flavor?

Service was the slowest it ever was.... restaurant was super slow. 4 other families came in after us ate, and left before we even got our food. It wasn't complicated either. A burger and fingers. The lady that seated us was super sweet, Hispanic waitress who gave us our food (the other waitress, not ours) super sweet , our took forever. Never took the direct route. The blue Hawaiian didn't taste right either. Definitely not a good lunch today. Best part was the dessert.

Super busy for a Sunday but they did it. Our waitress was hauling a$$. Food was decent also. Cant go wrong with saving cash and leaving feeling stuffed. Get yourself a dollar vodka strawberry lemonade. Even the annoying people at next table left early enough. Whoot whoot!!!

Sorry to hear you had such a poor experience. I too have had issues there, however we have also had stellar service and food there. I would not base decisions one just one experience, also you did not state if you spoke to the manager during or after you experience or how he/she responded to make things right. I always avail myself of the manager if I feel it needs to be addressed, both the good and the bad. If a meal is comped i usually add the price of it to the tip if it was not the fault of the wait staff. I not out to get free meals is the message, but I expect quality for my money.
