I called and spoke with Josh Harness. Explained I was in Spokane but moving to Colfax and needing to purchase a laundry pair and have it delivered and set up. He walked me through the options and set up delivery. I posted the payment on a secure link and everything was set up in under an hour - without having to make a trip to the store. Five stars!

Fred's ding and dent center has always been a great local store for deals. We have purchased several appliances there over multiple decades. When we splurged and bought a new higher end set (Cafe Series) we were sure to get the warranty. Unfortunately the range and dishwasher both ended up with warranty issues and we are in our 4th month of waiting for our claim to be addressed. We have been told we are in line for service, but didn't expect this to take so many months.

This is one of the rare cases where I wish I could give negative stars. Dryers heating element went out 2 months after installation. That's fine. It happens. I call, they say they need to order parts. We live in a time where packages arrive same week. They say won't take long at all. 3 weeks go by, I call again. Still on back order. Another 3 weeks go by, still on back order. I call once a week for another month. That brings us to today. I call. Oh ya the parts came in 3 days ago. Why did no one call me????? They said they would call???? Whatever. I am just happy it finally came in. I go to set up a repair, they cant come out for over a month. I asked several times for a replacement dryer. Everytime I got "oh ya we will have someone call you back about that today." Not once did I ever get a call back. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I have a dishwasher under warranty that stopped working. It took Fred's a month to get someone out initially, who spent less than 10 minutes on it and declared it fixed. It was not fixed. They said that was 'not their best tech' and that they couldn't get someone else out for another 3.5 weeks. The day of the appointment they never showed and said they needed to reschedule and would get back to us. They have not gotten back to us and it is impossible to reach a real person. I am beyond frustrated and will never use Fred's again.

Yes, multiple Maytag laundry pair specials... Fred's has currently has sales promotions for every major laundry manufacturer. Electrolux, Maytag, Samsung, Whirlpool, LG, etc...
I believe they can deliver there with an up charge. Please call the Spokane store.
I agree with Matt Olson. The best thing to do is call. But their prices are little higher than most. But they offered more selection than most
I checked with our service manager and he doesn't believe that the unit itself should be making that type of odor. He recommended pulling the refrigerator out making sure nothing is against or clogging the compressor/fans. It is possible when the unit warms up that it is causing the smell if something is against it. It might be necessary to have a technician come out and look at it.
