I have been tested at this location twice in the last week and both times the service was quick and efficient. You book your appointment online and it’s a convenient drive thru. I recommend the early morning appointments, there was hardly any lines. The first test was the free patient test that takes 2-3days to get results, I received my results the next day. My second test I paid for the same day rapid antigen test. I got my results within the hour. Easy and quick.

Same experience as all the others here. I got an appointment just to wait in line for a couple hours, pay a hundred plus dollars for a 1 hour rapid test, and still no results the next day, despite 3 emails to their support team. Their responses are canned and obviously had not read my message. I assume that because they asked for my personal info which was already provided in my original message before simply "escalating" the support needed and completely ghosting me.

I bought a rapid Covid test for 120$. I arrived at the location where I was told and the site has moved without any word. I drove around for an hour looking for it. When I finally found the site I waited over two hours and was promised I would get the results within the hour. I did not receive my results within the hour. In fact as of writing this review it’s been 45 hours since I’ve taken my test and have not gotten any results. I called the next morning and was on hold for over 5 hours. I have emailed them 8 times within the past two days and have only gotten back automated responses. Stay away. Stay far far away. This place is nothing more than a scam that will steal your money. This is an evil company that is taking advantage of the pandemic to line their own pockets with lies and deceit.

Long lines and terrible service. I had an appointment for 6:30 pm on 12/21/2021 to get the booster shot. After waiting in line for 45 minutes in the cold, the check-in attendant told me that they stop doing booster shots at 3 pm, and to come back tomorrow at 9 am. He assured me walk-ins are available. Next morning I took time off of work to get the booster, again wait in line for 45 minutes, and then am informed that since I do not have an appointment for that specific day, I am not eligible to get the booster. This place is amazingly incompetent and will waste your time. Wish I could give zero stars.
