I had to return a king size airbed because it was faulty to Amazon thru Postal Annex. Amazon directed me to use the same shipping box to return it. There was no way I was going to fit that huge air bed into this tiny box. I brought the bed and the box to your store on Genesee. I just want to praise one of your employees...Chelsea. She made a stressful situation for me into a very pleasant experience. I wish all stores had employees like this one. Thank u girlie. You were great!!

Went to get livescan, but they only do it by appointment. I made an appointment for 10:15am, showed up at 10:15. Clerk said the person who does the livescan is out for 45 minutes. She confirmed I did have an appointment. Glad I took off work for nothing.

Went to drop off a prepaid box. Walked in, I'm the only customer, one old lady behind counter. I stand at counter, she heads to me. Her cell phone rings, she stops takes it from her pocket and answers it. This lady is more interested in her personal cell phone than in a customer in the store. I calk her on it and she begins to tell me how much more important she is than me. I would never buy anything from this store.

Is there a zero star option? This woman named Nicole who work here acts if customers beg to get a package from her. I have a DHL express package dropped off here. Because of heavy traffic, I called before closing time that I will arrive at the shop around closing time and asked her if she could hold the package for me. When I arrived at the plaza at 6pm (not yet at the front door) I called the shop again. Nicole picked up the phone, she was clearly still in the shop, and told me that because the shop is closed she could not get my package. She was literally in the shop and wouldn't do it. Literally she tried harder to be an ass than to be helpful. How this kind of shop is still in business is beyond me.
