I've been to this Postal Annex location (Carmel Valley) a few times and have always been satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and you always get the feeling they are looking out for the customers best interest and not just making sales. Also great if you need a notary public. I needed a remote hire form for I9 verification notarized and neither the UPS store or my Bank would do so, yet the Postal Annex employee Trung completed the task with no issue and was very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend coming to this location if you need any shipping or notary work.

I never wore disappointed about UPS. Till one day came into my house somebody else’s package, so I went to UPS, I asked for help and let them know this person at this address lived 4 years ago. They don’t want to deal with the package, start showing me numbers on the box and telling me I have to call this number and pay for shipping to send somewhere else. The girl who was helping me was texting on the phone, service was horrible, disrespectful, somebody from the back of the store, man’s voice was yelling “throw that package at her!” I left the package and left the shop thinking what the hell is wrong with those people, they’re there like animals. I did not expect that kind of customer service at Carmel Valley Piazza UPS.

Excellent service! We wanted to get documents notarized to process our baby's visa and Kelsey saved us so much time/money/efforts when she realized we missed printing out a form. She was super fast, friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated all the help especially since we had to bring in our baby for the appointment. Also what was nice is that the owner quickly came over to the store when things got super busy and attended to all the customers just before closing time.
