I asked Gary to give us an appraisal for purpose of establishing value of our house for parent child exemption. He responded quickly. He was professional, polite, careful, and considerate as he went about he business of measuring all the rooms and taking photos of the outside and inside of the house. Before sending the appraisal to us, he took time to call and explain a few details in it. His explanation was helpful. The appraisal was thorough. I don't see how he could have done a better job.
