Great helpful people (when you can find them). Corey was a great help in the ceiling fan section, very patient. Brenda saw we had dogs and came prepared with a dog treat for each. My only complaint is that it's hard to find people, but when you do, they are more than glad to help.

This Home Depot has all the stuff! It’s a nice new store with helpful staff. We needed a forklift operator but one was unavailable to help us get an item down from the shelf- so that was disappointing. Otherwise great service

Waited 35 minutes for 1 roll of torch down because “we didn’t think it would be packed on Mother’s Day so we have less employees” had a guy tell me to wait 5 mins I waited then he said 10 I waited then he said his manager was coming and waited another 10 minutes but the manager didn’t come so we asked another employee that took another 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time just go to another Home Depot that’ll help you out quicker. Don’t recommend this Home Depot to anyone!!!

Worst Home Depot! Lumber door closes at 5pm but they have a cashier… As a pro we are used to parking near the lumber door since we are carrying heavy items or big items. So not only do you park near the lumber door but you are pushing a cart to only find out the door is closed. Grab your large items cross the entire store to checkout while navigating through shoppers followed by pushing your items across the parking lot, all the way near the lumber door. This is the only Home Depot that closes the lumber door so early and it’s a new store. I’m attaching a photo of a item I frequently purchase. I do not know why they put 50lb bags on a top shelf. I’m 6’2” and it’s difficult. Who thought this was a good idea!?
