Two women that work there are extremely rude and self righteous. Will never go back there to even drop off a package. I'd rather go a cross town to drop off. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit .That's your job.

I appreciate all their efforts answering all my detailed questions and helping me thru my administrative and mailing needs. Julia was very helpful with shipping a large pkg. I called after seeing sky high quotes on-line, hoping they knew of another carrier. No, but they were able to somehow get me a better rate on FedEx. She helped me re-pack my item at no cost either. Great service! Thanks!

They offer so many different services, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I have had some very unique instances where I had to send/receive goods from outside the country and Tyler took extra care making sure that things were done properly and went to the right place. I highly recommend using them for any of the services that they provide as they truly go above and beyond for their customers.
