I would like to share my pleasant experience with Ms. Claudia. She is very helpful, kind and very efficient and knowledgeable. I returned a merchandise two months ago and I never received the credit back so I called Ms. Claudia and ask for her help coz I lost the tracking # and she was able to find it in less than two minutes with her help I was able to get my credit back. Went and returned my picked up uhaul. I completed the return on .y phone and was walking to drop the keys off I the drop box, per requested. I walk by the door for the Postal Annex and then hear yelling to bring them inside 3x by some lady who was working there. Then this guy comes out and basically seems shocked that I already closed out the rental. He said nobody yelled at me. Um, yes she did and it was crazy because she was helping others and had a line. Let me drop the keys where I was told and move on. Jeeze. You don't yell for people to do this or that. Be better

I had an excellent experience here. The manager Claudia was very professional, polite, informative, and helpful. I had made a mistake with a shipment and was in a rather unique position, and Claudia made a solution very quick and easy. Instead of turning it into a big complicated ordeal. I highly recommend using this company, but specifically this location and the manager Claudia for all of your postal needs.

Excellent customer service here! The team here works very hard with a smile, while making you feel like family Luigi, Vince, Erin, and Claudia have been here for years taking care of all my mail needs. They even do key copies, live scan and notary services!
