Waiting at the Bus Stop is extremely gross and disgusting. It definitely shows they don’t put in effort to maintain a clean and organized environment. The Cashier lacked customer service. They gave no rules or preparation on where to wait?/ where to check my bags?/ when the bus started boarding? These answers should be given at check-in without having to ask. Prepare and Assist your Guests accordingly, please.

The Greyhound was a standard way of traveling. They provided excellent service of traveling. My problem with the experience was the people on board. I was traveling with my S.O other were traveling with their child. There were many people not willing to give up their seat so that people that came together could stay together. Meaning kids and myself had to find seats. Kids were complaining about wanting to set next to their parents. I completely understand that for that child it's a scary experience and could have been avoiding if single Riders would pair up. The whole bus was just single Riders when I got on. I feel like it should be a Greyhound service to make people sit in groups as airlines do. It would make this a lot easier. The seats are numbered but the tickets are not.

Yes, they have a few outlets you could utilize to charge your electronic devices.
They check you in with your ticket.
I don't know. Either call Greyhound or check online.
I don't see why not.
You could take Route 12 or any trolley north to Broadway and from there take the Route 992 to the airport.
No, you have to transfer your own baggage between busses.
Take Bus Route 992 to Broadway & 11th St. From there you could take a trolley to Greyhound at 12th & Imperial.
They do have departures to Phoenix. Check rates online at Greyhound.com or call them.
I'd assume you'd have to go to LA first to get a connecting bus to Sacramento. It's best to call Greyhound or go online at Greyhound.com.
I'd say it's about 15-20 miles and the best way to get there is probably Uber or Lyft.
It depends on which station you are ablando
There's a Greyhound stop at the Oceanside transit station I believe. Closest stop to Carlsbad.
You should ask Greyhound at one of the stations
