Terrible service Starting with the receptionists with a terrible attitude, the driver very friendly but horrible keeping the schedules. I bought a round trip, the first trip they told me that the truck was 30 minutes late, but in the end we ended up leaving an hour and a half after the predetermined time. The return trip is still delayed, I call the operator to ask if they are already on their way and she responds with very arrogant phrases. I consider it an inconsistency that they ask to arrive 30 minutes in advance when they do not meet their schedule even by a little bit. Horrible customer service, I agree that the ride is very comfortable but they need to make progress managing time and their disgusting attitude.
