I’m 34 weeks into my pregnancy & had to visit Mary Birch for bleeding, trying to follow up with my doctor, but I have spent hours waiting on hold over past two days, unable to reach my OB office. I’ve tried 4 times today alone, 4 hours total. I was initially impressed with my care here, but have recently felt that the care isn’t as great. My dr feels to be rushing through our appointments lately. I’ve mentioned my anxiety about the upcoming c-section I will have, as my first was a traumatic experience that left me with physical issues as well, but the dr doesn’t seem to have the time to reassure me. She did ask me to write down my experience, but I wish she’d just taken an extra 15 minutes to discuss it with me when I brought it up. The first time I brought it up, she told me we’d discuss it later on, second time she asked me to write it down. I also have a lump in my breast & she initially said she’d order a scan, but never followed through so I visited my regular dr for it after my OB could not recall the details. I feel like it’s late in my pregnancy to switch drs and hospital now, but I’m nervous and worried about my birth experience. My experience at triage for the bleeding, at Mary Birch, also left me very underwhelmed. I would choose another group if I could do it over.

I came to see my new primary doctor. Got into his office within 5 minutes of walking in the hospital. The nurse, Sabrina, was awesome and seemed over qualified (a great problem). She walked me through the visit and sent in Dr. Spring. He was in the door 1 minute later. Extremely nice and helpful, sent me downstairs for a lab. Again, I got there and barely sat down before I was in the lab. Linda drew my blood, quick friendly conversation and I was out the door. Overall it was just an amazing experience. So fast

It is very easy to have an appointment here and go through the motions of covid times. Its never a crowded area the entrance bagan with their staff in the front door checking temperature and asking covid related sypmtoms. There is markers everywhere for social distance and also sanitizers. The quality of the staff and care has not changed or has lowered by any means all my appointments have been throughly taken care of! I'm very satisfied with this office
