I can not agree more with the reviews claiming how unprofessional the staff is. Spoke to two people who both were extremely rude and lacked any ability to be helpful or understanding. When I asked to speak with someone other than the person who answered the phone they refused until I kept insisting. The person who I spoke to next was just as rude and neither employee even allowed me to ask questions about my situation.

Pretty useless if I can't even go in on the weekend. The only other urgent care offices available on the weekend are miles away. Guess they only can help students if they skip class to come in. Reply: Hi, yes I did call. One of your reps gave me the location of all the Urgent Care offices in my location, of which all are miles away. Helpful, but I could have gotten that information myself. Urgent Care wants $100-$300 for a strep test so I guess I'm out of luck. Thanks for the reply.

I sent in both front and back pictures of my immunization card. The back shows my booster and they saw the files apparently, but I still have not gotten the green checkmark to be on campus. What is going on with this place? I did what was asked and now I'm going to have issues with my classes because they don't properly check things, seriously? I tried calling several times but no one picks up the phone. I eventually talked to the staff when they called me last week, they were very unpleasant. This place is unprofessional and its disappointing they represent our university.

Super complicated about immunization records, I sent in my record and they claim that it is not valid because two immunizations are documented on the same line. IMMUNIZATIONS CAN BE GIVEN TOGETHER. They just want to get you to spend MORE money. Tessy in particular can't write a proper/formal email response, so unprofessional and rude in her messages. Can't believe this place is part of SDSU.
