Quiet. Nice place. People are nice. Have to change my rating. Management doesn't care about the residents. Contractors bury just planted bushes and they refuse to replace them. Drainage problem, yards flooding. All lots are not huge as advertised.

I've lived here since 2017. This place has gotten worse over the past 2-3years. Can't get ahold of nobody for nothing.The lady can be sitting in the office but can't answer the phone. They over charge for everything. They write you up for every little thing. Live in the country but cant even have a fire pit. Dead animals lay around and nobody cleans them up and they stink so bad you cant even sit outside. A possum has been by the barn for 2 days now and still not been moved. The kids are constantly in the roads playing, which then leads to them running out infront of vehicles then the parents act like its your fault because they cant be outside watching their kids. I'd rather be homeless then live here in this place. Get BETTER MANAGEMENT OR SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!

Worst place ever to live. The help line is a joke. U can't get anyone to help u. Once your moved in that's it unless u don't pay rent u won't ever hear from anyone. The kids destroy everyone's property and what they don't the animals that run around park will. The rules are a joke they don't enforce nothing. Save yourself and go elsewhere. There is a reason why there are so many trailers for sell. Trust me really bad place to be. Good luck.

Run, don't walk, run! Stay away.They say anything to get u in. Once your hooked by renting or buying you'll never see the manager (Jennifer). They don't do anything to make people keep their lots clean. You'll only hear from them if your past due on rent. They won't let u put up a carport or garage. It's really bad. Your stuff gets vandalized and u can't do anything. Just rent so u can get out after u see all this stuff. I keep to myself but have bad neighbors that let's their kids run around naked and destroy my belongings. The office won't do anything.
