Do u have an open pad for 1985 14×70 moblie home.I just purchased one a couple days ago its over in Fredricktown out on Highway MM.I need a place to sit on for aleast a yr then I can move it to my own land over in Cadet.It needs axles and a tounge.

All trailers put in the Glendale trailer court are put in by the landlord, and unfortunately there are no open spots to put trailers in right now. If you are needing a open pad to put your mobile home on your best bet is Ryan Manor, which is not far from Glendale trailer court. I know the landlord in Ryan Manor has some trailers already put in for rent, but I know he also allows people to do rent to own as well as buy mobile homes and for them to be moved and put on the pad. You would have to give the landlord a call and I believe you have to fill out an application and there is a $20 or $25 fee for that. I would call and talk to him and make sure about that though, I hope this helps!!
