Well for one the manager here is a hard to deal with and doesn’t want to keep up with anything. Two she blamed all the mantinece and everything that goes on that isn’t our fault on us and has us to pay for all of the fees. She has her family working for her here and she’s a slum lord cause she put us in a trailer that wasn’t fully done with mice and roach infestation and won’t take care of. If anyone has any more bad information on this place please let me know.

It's not great living here, but also not terrible. They have a strict background/credit check that even the manager doesn't quite understand, only you have to score a certain score to be approved. There are allot of abandoned trailers that are eye sores. The only real advantage of living here is that's a month to month basis. The location is very good, right off highway 55 at the Fruitland exit.

The owner is a slum lord. She’s always accusing people of ripping her off when all honestly she rips the people who live there off. She says every park manager she had stole from her then expect you to pay more even if you have receipts. I’m so glad to be out of there. Hope everyone gets out soon.

Please dont rent or rent to own here. When Rickie Holifield was a manager here it was good and fine. No troubles at all then. Now they dont care about u at all. We have gave an gave money and they still say i owe more money and got receipts saying different. I am moving out of here. They dont care. Telling us my grandkids cant have their toys outside or my child either. Got griped at for plants in flower pots n having vegs growing. I thought u are buying u should be able to make it pretty and kids to play. My grandkids are half mexican n half white. Oh well. Just dont
