Sales and service. Bought a small trailer from them and sized up a few years later. All areas are clean and the employees ready to help.

Not ready to buy just yet but we will be back soon! Very friendly and trustworthy employees. Only complaint is that none of the trailers did NOT have their wheels chocked and while we were in a trailer it began rolling away. Fortunately we got out and it quit rolling. Otherwise we would end up down the hill in the side of Sappington outdoors. Other customers witnessed this. They too had the same thing happen to them in a different trailer just 30 seconds after it happened to us. Someone could get hurt or cause damage to the trailers. Highly recommend doing something about this!

Went to view a used camper there. Asked for a particular salesman recommended by a friend. Salesman was busy with another customer so went to look on my own. First the camper was situated so close to another camper you couldn't hardly get in the door. Second the camper didn't look like it had been cleaned. I was particularly disgusted when I got to the bathroom and found a pink sticky substance all over the walls and bottom of the tub. I went back to the receptionist and asked if they had any other campers that slept 5 people or more that weighed under 5000 lbs. She seemed clueless and by that time the other salesman was with someone else. They had quoted me $18,500 for the used camper. So not worth the 30 minute trip there. Hope the other customers there had better experience than me.
