They dont answer their phone. Even if its the minute they open. The phone automatically goes to the bot, doesnt even ring. And this isnt even the 800 number. This is their direct store line. If you have a question customer care wont be able to answer, then screw you I guess. Yknow some people might want to know what you have in stock before travelling 30-45 minutes to get there.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but I was treated very rudely here by the manager/supervisor on duty. I believe her name was Nadia. After she spoke with my family member, they told me how she was rude to them also. The other customer service rep - a young, pregnant girl - was extremely nice and helpful. As soon as she handed me over to her manager, though, I was treated badly. At no point did she try to solve my issue, just immediately began telling me how they couldn't help and that we should call customer service.
