When I walked in this location. I wasn't greeted with a hello or we will be with you as soon as we can. Nothing. The workers were dressed normal, so you couldn't tell who worked there. I waited for half hour and left. My husband was close to Tri County location and just walked in and was welcomed and helped instantly. A quick we will help you soon would've been better.

What a wonderful experience!! The entire staff was a delight to be around!!! Never have I had fun swapping a phone! I immediately noticed the new T-shirt and was told that one of this stores ( Stonecreek ) employees designed it!!! Asia Gray-Kennedy needs a poster board with her picture and credit for the design!!! They should offer these for sale!!! I would love to buy one!! Great manager and wonderful staff!!!!

Mot that I'm aware of however, there is someone to greet you as soon as you walk in the door
There might be an issue with your SIM card, if you stop in to the store they can take a look at it for you.
