Delightful! Made an emergency stop b/c the rain storms had our brand new 2021 Tiffin Allegro RED leaking so badly water was literally pouring on Hubby’s head as he was driving. NOT COOL TIFFIN! Water pouring onto our bed, down the walls, puddling on the sofa & floor! Even all of this couldn’t dampen my enthusiasm for this charming campground. Terrible RV, excellent campground.

What a pleasant stay we had!  We only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed at least one more night.  There is a lake to walk around and the grounds are impeccable. It is right off interstate 70 but we found it quiet and relaxing.  Maybe it's the fact that there are so many birds singing and frogs croaking in the lake that you forget all about I-70 and only hear the sounds of nature.  Speaking of birds, they have Baltimore Oriole birds there.  We live near Baltimore and I have never seen one before.  When I told Barb, the owner, she made sure we got to see one. She puts grape jelly out in feeders and we stopped by around 5:30pm and got several pictures of what I think is the male. Barb certainly went out of her way to make our stay extra-special. It was a wonderful evening. If we find ourselves in the area again, we'll be sure to stay and for more than one night.

Nice older campground. I'm told they're open year round to accommodate the traveling snowbirds. Good length gravel pull through sites although the sites and the roads are a little narrow for today's larger and longer rigs. Turning into or out of the sites causes one to run off the gravel and onto the soft green grass. I'm guessing the layout in this pretty park was made years ago when the rigs were generally smaller. Although I'm in a pull through site, I will need to back out in order to stay off the grass. I'm at the end of the row and if I go forward I'd need to pull out and make a sharp hairpin turn in order to exit the way it's designed.
