The only laundromat I use for YEARS now, I as many others show up 15min to 4pm aka “ last wash “ to be turned away. That’s besides the issue, washers and dryers are constantly not working. I know service hours are cut due to Covid everywhere, but 4pm last wash when it used to close at 8pm doesn’t help most that still have 40hr plus work weeks. Update 6-29-2022 The saga continues, show up at 3:50pm to a completely empty laundromat and was told they’re closed. What’s the point of saying last wash 4:00pm

Needs to have working security cameras. There's almost always no washers or dryers. Most of the washer and dryers are broken. The laundrymat attendant is using most of the working ones.

Frustrating experience, despite having signs up everywhere and a banner advertising Wash/Fold service, they told me they aren’t doing service and refused my clothes when I walked in. Perhaps a sign on the door would be helpful instead of people carrying bags of clothes inside when you aren’t providing service? I wasn’t coming in with anything out of the ordinary or large items, just regular laundry.

Worst wash, dry, and fold laundry service I have ever used. All of shirts and leggings are wrinkled. My sheets look as if a child folded them.Total waste of $62. I would not recommend this service to anyone ORDER #7898
