We were greeted upon entering the store. I have a terrible memory for names, so I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that we worked with. Iliked that he wasn’t pushy instead very interested in assisting us with purchasing a mattress and adjustable frame. It was an educational process which was helpful as we were not that familiar with this type of frame. The associate was extremely personable and genuinely interested in answering all our questions. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and left feeling accomplished! Thanks Bob’s. We’ll be back for living room furniture soon!

Give Glen a raise, he was professional, knowledgeable and took into consideration the reason for my purchase and advised me on choices which allowed me to purchase my recliner. Great job Glen! Don't just recognize with appreciation, monetary will go along way. When you take care of your employees, they will take care of you (meaning your business!)

Overall the service was great, but I was informed that even though I was paying in full for my items they wouldn't guarantee them by the time they would be delivered. I don't understand how items can be paid in full, but they not be yours. How can someone possibly come in and walk out with the items I had just paid for? This policy seems shady and unheard of. I ended up going to another furniture store to make my purchase. They didn't have any such policy in place. Make sure to listen and read the fine print.

The Bobs location in Dedham MA is the best one I ever went to. The sales people are very helpful and attentive without being pushy. They addressed any concerns I had. In addition to this they were able to tell me easily if the items I was looking at were in stock or not. They have a large stock of furniture. This location made me have faith again in this store.
