This is one of the yards! Gross and management allows this. The damage is from dog feces not picked up. I've been here a year now and will already be on the 3rd manager here. Look at the response to all negative reviews! They say call, LMAO, they NEVER ANSWER! ALWAYS VOICEMAIL so they can screen them

I was impressed when I came in for a tour and 9 months of living here has confirmed my initial impression. Clean, safe, friendly and well maintained. We are very happy here and are proud of where we live.

On my visit from Colorado. Nice and quiet community. Friendly neighborhood. Not far from stores and gas stations. Great mobile home community.

We have been working with Michelle on the purchase of a new mobile home. She has been professional, friendly and is very knowledgeable at her job. The community seems very nice, quiet and the people are friendly and seem very happy to live here. Thank you Michelle for all your help to make this process seamless. I can't wait to move in.

We saw a 2 bedroom brand new it was $905? But it was upgraded everything. But they range lower I do believe

They are pet friendly only allow 2 pets at a time tho with fees. They do have restrictions on types of dogs you can have.

What have you done to this place. It's awful. It's not even the same place as when we owned The mobile home at 119 Aspen Drive. I see it's for Sale I would not recommend wouldn'trecommend this park as is. They need to workon their problems

They will show you them at any time they are open, and for the carport you must get. The slab and trailer will be done when they know someone will buy it.
