You had 1 job. a simple order. 2b with a coke and 4 chicken nuggets. Pay, window 2 "just waiting for the fries, can you pull into spot #2" sure. About 10 min. pass, kid comes up, "what did you order? I tell him. another 10 minutes pass, kid comes back, " do you have your receipt? give hime the receipt. another 10 minutes pass, nothing. Go inside, standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes, "Have you been helped? No, I haven't. I been waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru. " oh im sorry, so sorry, what do you want to do?" Just give me a refund. " what did you have?" A 2b with a coke and 4 nuggets. " rings it up and gives me a cash refund. I get home, look at the receipt and change ripped me for 3 bucks. Never again...

Horrible staff. Tried to charge me double for a meal, claiming that I was showing them the price for nuggets only. When I took a picture of the screen and it clearly says meal…Rudely refused to fix the price and screamed at me out the window as I drove away- after arguing with me for more than five minutes on what the price should be.. would rather drive the extra 10 min to east Peoria than deal with that!

I have absolutely had it with Morton McDonald’s. I rushed today to get breakfast and got to the window at 10:30 and they waited on me at 10:31 so they would not serve me breakfast. Yes, I know they stop serving at 10:30 and I shouldn’t cut it so close but we have all done it and how does one minute make a difference for them. Last time I came and ordered 3 meals and only received half the fries. And yes I wish I would have taken a picture but I didn’t. Every time I go to McDonald’s there is a issue. I am done with them. They definitely need different workers or managers that can train the employees the right way.

Ordered through DoorDash. My Dasher picked up and dropped off my order no problem. But once I took a bite of my burger, it seemed cold. I went to heat it up and luckily I saw that the burger was completely pink in the middle before I attempted to warm it up. Never eating at this McDonald’s or any McDonald’s again.
