I started patronizing Bob Grimm Chevrolet about two years ago. At first I only used their service department. To the person the service folks were helpful, efficient, fair and friendly. Believe it; this combination of organizational character traits in a service department is as good as it gets. Recently, I had occasion to purchase a car from Bob Grimm. I suppose it shouldn't surprise me how well the purchase went, but nonetheless it did. I asked Steve about a car; he showed me the car, explained its essential features, and even more importantly didn't waste a second of my time on sales talk folderol. He unhesitatingly gave me liberty to consider the matter for a few days. I went back in to purchase the car; the transaction was complete, quite literally, in 20 minutes. At all times in working with Steve, he was utterly transparent in pricing, extraordinarily generous with his time when I asked for it, and of this I am certain: if I ever have a question or concern, I'll call Steve on his cell phone and he will then resolve whatever the issue might be, whether it be large or small. In my entire life I have never had a car buying experience go so seamlessly and easily.

It was a great experience. We went in and left with a car in just a few hours! Roman did a great job getting me what I needed to leave with my new vehicle, even under the pressure of my mom lol she can be tough. All around it was a the best experience I had buying a car thus far and I will definitely come back in the future.
