Most of the time I would give them 5 stars but I had as issue on Thursday where half of the nozzels wouldn't work for soap application. I looked up the phone number and left a message to call me back and now it is Tuesday with no reply. I won't be going to a $12 wash if they cannot at the least return my car. I can get a $6 or $8 in my hometown and be just as disappointed.

Only place I wash my vehicles at. I prefer the large truck bay.

I did a basic $6 touchless wash on my BMW X3 and it was perfect for my needs and expectations. I had a layer of salt and grime sprayed off. I wanted a touchless wash so brushes or rags wouldn't be rubbing dirt into the Clearcoat. The car wasn't spotless as if I got it hand washed but I am very happy with the results and experience.

It’s decent. Does the job when ur car needs a little TLC. They did get rid of the $6 option, but I’d go back if I didn’t feel like driving to my regular car wash in Creve Coeur.
