The service here was great. We stayed across the parking lot so it made sense for dinner. It was a typical Cracker Barrel but we enjoyed it and the service we received was exceptional.

I can't make this up. Our waitress was very nice, sweet as pie, but she accidentally dropped a tray of drinks. On me. Right down my back. I was soaked and it was freezing, I wasn't mad, accidents happen. I set off to the store side and found a shirt to change into, although there was nothing to do about my pants. Kinda hoped for a discount on the $30 shirt, didn't get one, no big deal. Finished our meal, waitress offered free dessert but we weren't really interested, so instead she took off a $1.99 side salad. When I went up to pay our bill, I explained that I thought, given the situation, at least my meal might be discounted. A manager appeared and took my meal off and we paid $28, tipped the waitress around $12 bucks, bringing our total visit to roughly $70. I guess I could've pulled a 'Karen' and complained loudly, but I didn't. A manager never came to the table when the drinks spilled, a manager didn't come with the bill to talk with us. I don't blame anyone for the spill, it was an honest mistake, but simply having a manager take a few minutes would've made all the difference between an accident that created a bad dining experience, and an accident that was handled well and earned our respect and repeat business.

A visit to the "good Ole times" I had forgotten the stress free ambiance of Cracker Barrel. Their quaint shops are entertaining to find an array of items not easily found in big box stores. And the prices are fairly reasonable. Food was excellent as we're the staff.

Cracker barrel has always been a great restaurant. I have found by visiting that as in later years there has been a sufficient amount of food. It has changed, lesser amount and higher prices. Come on 2.59 for a cup of coffee that's …Sorry to hear about the poor experience, Michael. Can you please email us some additional information at [email protected]? Yes
I'm not sure. I go there a lot but you just need to call them. Don't listen to these people. You can ask any questions you want about anything on here.
There are carry out / curbside pick-up only (diningroomis temporarily closed). They also require a mask.
Not yet. There will be probably sometime in April. That's what the manager told me. I know the manager quite well.
