I have been waiting 2 days for a package I need to sign for. Two days in a row they attempted to deliver to a fed ex in Morton IL stating business closed and did an exception. 2nd day of work missed and I look up the address that shows this location is closed Monday and Tuesday. Why would they try to deliver 2 days in a row to a closed fedex business? I was told by customer service yesterday it was on a truck and would be here. NOPE! I don't live in Morton!

Should be on your package or from the order you placed online or some type of receipt. If not call FedEx 1 800 number and explain your problem they should be able to help
it means that's when we would like for it to be delivered. depending on what, how big and from its coming, it could take 7 to 10 days to even reach the station you live close by, if that is ground. Express should take up to no more than 3 days to reach you.
It’s always fashionova bags or clothes specially here where I am at they’re known for stealing , I’ve worked in fed ex and it’s very possible the person in the truck or on the belt can take things
You might want to call them-sometimes the day of delivery my tracking disappears but they can look up your package at the facility and find it if it's still there or on a truck
