Same here. I live in peoria, IL. I was up all day at home yesterday. Status says customers not present or business closed. Now status shows pending. Worst customer service.
Hmmm glad to see this is still an issue with them mine has said been in morton il for a week and a half and fedex says it's the merchant issue not theirs
