400-450. But new owners suck. Might be $500 soon. Owner wrote an article about how much he can make just by raising rent by $50. I'd stay away.
Upper 300s to mid 400 plus utilities. ... we've had some issues with the new owners but it's not that bad hopefully they'll get some of the details worked out. they're trying to get rid of the Riff Raff homes and put in new ones which makes the park look nicer
