I’ve lived here for several months, and I LOVE it! The property manager as well as maintenance are extremely helpful. Anytime I need something or have a question, they always get back to me quickly (even when I contacted them on a Sunday evening of a holiday weekend, when technically they’re closed). The complex is nice, it’s really calm/quiet, and my neighbors are super friendly! It’s also a plus that they don’t charge me a monthly pet rent for my cat…because most places do now. Glad I chose Colony South to call my home!

We have lived here for a year now. I’d like to share my positive review! I have had very minimal issues, but when we found something new or needed assistance Dakota has shown up in a timely manner and gave his full attention to our issues. Whenever I have to speak with Amber, she’s very kind and listens to all my needs, she helps me find the answers I need when looking for a solution.

Can’t even get ahold of anyone to schedule a tour. I have emailed twice and even went by there to talk to the property manager and left my number with her fiancé. Still haven’t heard anything back about a tour. I wouldn’t waste your time. I actually had emailed back the same day that I was reached out to and never heard anything back about a showing. I never received an email or a voicemail if they had happened to call me since I gave them my number on April 20th. Only on March 28th.

Terrible experience. Rent from anywhere but here. You'll thank me later. Average time to repair things 2 weeks to 2 months. Updated to add: Also, first major snowstorm and 24 hrs. later no plowing, clearing of sidewalks, or salt. My family and neighbors have nearly fallen several times. Have contacted management.
