The head at the office “N” is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Everyone that I personally know there says that management is a NIGHTMARE and they had to redo their trailers before actually living in it. I didn’t even want to give them a star. Horrible trailer park.

Went in for an interview and the manager was extremely unprofessional. Was pretty put off by her behavior. Cant imagine how they treat the residents.

I currently live their and have for over a year and everyone is nice and they leave u alone as long as you follow their simple rules. Yes their are some issue's with water drainage and the boil alerts, but that's ALL of diamond. For the price you pay it is 100% worth it. Its not some ghetto trailer park, its a nice place to live and very quite.

Total about 1000 month for the new trailers. And the lease is a joke. You are responsible to fix everything. The regional manager Tracy says everything will be move in ready before your move in date and it's not. They don't fix anything. Save your money
For a while Comcast had the monopoly on the park. Not sure that's still the case. Seems like at&t & dish have come in too. My air signal is pretty strong.
I'm sure they do, you would have to call the main office.
