Nice clean newer store, but man, we were needing a tire plug kit and found that easy enough, but asking $13 for a pair of pliars or side cuts that I needed to pull the screw out of the tire??? Come on! They were JUNK. I'm glad I opted for the nearly hidden $3 ones up near the register. They were junk too but at least they were appropriatly priced cheap junk!

Teenage staff Parking is squeezy especially for my large dually I purchased from the Ford dealership for my farm work and tractor repair🔨🚜 There are a lot of confused people that think they can repair vehicles that shop here. 🤷🏼‍♂️Often results in poor customer service experience.🚌 Thankfully I'm not only a farmer with a tractor but I'm also an ASE master certified technician with 15 years of auto repair experience.🏆 I'm able to navigate the parts selection quite easily. 🗺️I'm kind of let down though that individuals are allowed to repair their own vehicles by themselves.🤡 It's alarming to think the shortcuts and the items people are neglecting to utilize appropriate and prescribed manufacturers repair procedures. 🩸 Do you do your own dental work or x-rays for broken bones. 🦷🦴You pay a professional for that why not for your car repair? 🔧🧰

Custom service was awful at this store on 9/14/18. My husband is customizing a mustang and usually gets the parts from this store. Will not go back. Check engine light went on in our car so we stoped and asked if they could put the computer testing tool on our car to see if it could maybe tell us what the problem might be . The guy behind the desk said,"I have things to do right now i will be out in a few minutes" After about 45 minutes, and he still did not come to help, we left. Employee stood out front of the store, smoking and on his cell phone. Twice while we were waiting . Later found out that the person that we initially spoke to was a manager. Nice customer service guys! Will be buying those expensive Mustang parts elsewhere .Reporting this to corporate .
