No loan a tool!! So I was traveling by bike and my handlebars became loose making it difficult to control. I came into this AutoZone and asked the employee for help that I needed a allen key, to tighten two screws. While one employee went to look for one another employee stated to just use one off the shelf. So I did and when the other employee came back and seen I was using a product off the shelf and was told I have to purchase it. I said no and gave it back to the employee. The other employee stated to me that I was banned from that store and to leave. I stated NO PROBLEM!

Came at 8:30 AM just to find the doors were locked despite calling ahead of time just to ensure they were actually open. Currently 8:33 and still the door is locked. Second customer found out the same thing I did. Sad.

The one on n. Kingshighway all the workers there is very kind and very patient and explain everything to you beautiful spirit but the one on natural bridge in the county very rude I think he was the manager with the funny accent he's an African man older man
