I've been to quite a few Menards stores in my day. I'm not overly impressed with Ankeny. The employees are generally nice, but not exactly helpful. Nobody goes out of their way to help you load lumber, and I can't count how many times I've asked for help finding something and they look at me like I'm speaking French. Tonight I asked for something and the guy just flat out told me he didn't know where it was and made it pretty clear he wasn't going to ask either. I was confused and thought maybe he didn't understand what I said, so I described it more clearly and he says yeah, I don't know where that is. Cool, thanks for the help.

There is a pick-up and delivery department, and yes, there is a fee, depending on what it is. They can even ship long distances through third party companies, and they can use whichever one you choose based on price or preference. Close deliveries are also done by independent contractors, but that is their main business (delivering for Menard's). Sometimes things can be delivered same-day, especially if you purchase them early enough, but usually next-day or later is the norm.
You would find one in seasonal right side of store. If you have the menards app it'll pin point where exactly
auger is for sale. have to buy the auger bit and the actual head seperate. about 200$ a piece. several options for auger size. 4 to 10 inch i believe
