Smart hire! The phone representative as knowledgeable, thorough, and patient as I asked questions. She picked up 30 secs after the greeting during peak hours and I am grateful to have had her sweet spirit as I face challenges during this pandemic. Ms. L. BENNETT-JOHNSON made it a wonderful experience. She calmed my fears and provided every detail I needed in order to move forward.

If you work hard and show the people that you are really ready to work they will work hard to get the job you desire. I came there everyday, put in applications, worked on my resumes, went to interviews and made plenty of phone calls. Ms. Aster G. inspired me to keep pushing to keep working hard in spite of my imperfect record. I was blessed with a job as an Engineer Aide in turn put me on the path to be an Engineer. Today I have completed 1 and half years of an two and a half years program at ECPI INSTITUTE in Newport News. I say thank you to her and the staff for believing in me. Thank you and God bless the city of Alexandria for creating this program.
