I love this apartment complex. I have been here over two years and the only bad part is the rent is so high. The maintenance crew is excellent and they have a lot of work to do and they do it with a smile. They were always friendly and welcoming.. I love the security, mailboxes my garage and everything else I just wish they didn’t go up so much on the rent. So many good people are moving out because they can’t afford the rent . I understand everything is going up But I don’t wanna leave because I’m very comfortable here. I don’t think the people that have been here for years should have to pay the same price as new people moving in. I remember when I first moved here we had little sticks outside with ties on them because they were going to be trees eventually and now I look out and we have beautiful little trees with leaves on them. It’s such a convenient place also. It is close to Sam’s Club and Walmart and Gatlin Boulevard and everything that I use and all the stores that I go to. I was probably one of the first people that moved in and I’m still here. Like I said it’s a wonderful place to live I just think that the people that have been here the longest shouldn’t have to pay so much of an increase in rent. Come take a tour and introduce yourself to the office staff and I am sure you will love it.
