All banks are clised on holidays the atm should be open though
First and foremost, its not a bank, its a credit union. Secondly, nearly anyone can open a checking account with the credit union, but there may be restrictions as to what type of account you'll be able to open. As far as requirements go, you need to live or work within "South" Florida for an account with the credit union.
