The workers at the tool rental portion of this home depot are idiots. They refuse to help and literally know nothing. Taking my business to Lowe's across the street.

My business has spent thousands of dollars renting tools from this location. Today we rented a lift for half of a day put probably 2 hours on the machine. My guys were about 30 minutes late due to traffic. My original bill was $360 when my guys dropped it off the gave them a new paper that said they were charging me $450. Went to talk to the manager and they didn't care that I was a returning customer multiple times and wouldn't honor my original price. Will not be renting anymore equipment from them very disappointed in there customer service they don't care just want to charge you as much as possible.

I hate this Home Depot but I don't have any complaints about this visit and they had what I needed so... A regretful 5 stars.
