I emailed and got no reply. I called a couple of days later, got a lot of hemming and hawing but employee promised to get an answer and call me back. Never heard anything more. Your replies here asking people to call you to discuss their issues when we’ve already called you and the customer service sucked is ludicrous. Why would we waste time calling again when you’ve shown you don’t care? The solution is not to ask people to give you another chance. Take care of people who want to spend money with you the first time they call!

Called for a pallet of grass. Said they would call back in couple hrs. 3 days later they called. When I purchased the pallet I knew something was up when I asked for a different delivery date because the pallet they delivered was completely dead. And they charged for a delivery which was suppose to be free for delay in delivery. Thee entire pallet was brown and completely dried out, that’s why I couldn’t get a later delivery. I was delivered a pile of dirt!
