Do not apply here I paid them $650 and rushed to get all my paperwork done ! For them to tell me I was denied over a $81 payment from child support there counting money I DO NOT get smh… on top of it it’s been a month and I still didn’t receive my deposit back from them !! And the manger and or director of won’t answer my emails or calls about getting my money back they will just ignore you I will be taking them to court for my money I advice you do not apply here !!!

I agree with what you said if you are clean you don't have to worry about anything 💯 percent just come positive and you end up positive I am in the process of apartment in Grove Apartments everything is on point. Let me start off by saying DON’T let these reviews stop you from applying to this apartment, here’s why you shouldn’t read them negative comments! Honestly I’m glad I didn’t cause everybody has their own experience. Application Process Time: 2 weeks and 2 days Theirs a $90 Application fee and $350 holding deposit fee, if any reason after making the payment and Corcord reach out to ask further more to get started then you maybe in luck if not there is a wait time as they stated in the office and for me I was told 1-3 months based on what I apply for. What ever they ask you to send, send it right away, don’t wait till the next day to send it. What I learn is to only send the front page of your bank statement and not all 13 pages etc. ugh and each of my Zelle’s had to explain to them their were temporarily which is true, like family or friend sending funds during a hard time etc. They really answer their calls just be mindful the application reviewer is ConCord which owns lots of apartments under them, so if you call it maybe 1-12 ppl ahead of you, which the operator says your place in line. They answer all questions and help with all the clarifications, they also walk you through what’s needed to be done or an understanding of what needs to be done. The apartment office is only open on certain days just look them up for their hours cause they may updated them… LISTEN I read “oh they don’t answer their doors when you knock etc” THEY ONLY TAKE APPOINTMENTS ONLY as stated on their door…. I had my appt. Schedule and They were expecting my arrival… beside that I also read they don’t answer the phone nor check their voicemail THATS A LIE! All my calls were return, I make sure I didn’t missed any calls… and they answer their calls when they are available just be mindful they may not be able to answer their call if they have a schedule person at their office.. So far I receive great news from my email.. I was schedule to finish the remaining process and provide the remaining funds at the office… the ladies in the office are very professional and nice, very much gave me welcome vibe!!!! They are very informative and detail all the information before moving in.. I was greeted by the apartment maintenance and did a walk thru… at that I’m finally here honestly was stress at first but I held on faith and had praying mother/aunt by my side as this place was my only option.. As far as that I also read about maintenance issues, be mindful they may have tons of orders or maybe short staff who knows, that’s pretty much everywhere now days.. Also I read about roaches, I was giving a clean apartment with no sign of roaches and it smell good too… Yah better start cleaning yah own places… for me I’m constantly cleaning after myself and work heavy hours, cook and maintain kids but we will see…. I will update about maintenance request, and the apartment environment which also has a gym, playground and pool… So far it’s quiet and was Greeted by friendly neighbors… Good luck on your own experience!

Don’t move here !!! They have mold and let trash stack up ! They don’t care and you can’t get ahold of anyone ! If I could give this a one star I would !

On average 3 to 6 months depending on demand for what rype of apartment.
My sister was suppose to move into this complex but it did not work out. When she viewed the app it was not clean and there were damages from the previous owner. Before she can completely move in, they called her stating her building had bed bugs. Let just say, not a good experience for her.
