I came in for a turn signal malfunction and worked with Manny and the manager, Sean. Manny was helpful and Sean was knowledgeable in helping me fix the problem which went beyond merely needing a new bulb. I appreciate that they went the extra mile to help me out and because of my extremely positive, first time experience I will be returning in the future for my car part needs.

I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube. They checked my air filter and said it needed replacing but they didn't have one. They sent me to Advance Auto Parts. THANK YOU FOR THAT JIFFY LUBE! Jon was right there to look up the correct product for my car make model and year. The one that showed up looked different than the one that Jiffy Lube showed us - the one they removed from my car and then reinstalled so that I could go pick up a new one. It was confusing because the "wrong" one (the one for the S model) looked like the one that was in the car. Jon asked if we could get it out of the car and show him. Problem: It required some tools we didn't have. Jon came right outside in the heat of the day (at least in the mid 90s) and proceeded to remove all the bolts from the cover of the air filter. We took the old one in and compared it in shape and size to the one that they had for the S model. It was identical. Turns out the other one had a little handle that helped to remove it but otherwise the parts were identical. He then came out and reinstalled it for us. We were astonished at this level of service and we want to tell Jon's supervisors that he is a total keeper. He has made a new customer for Advance Auto Parts. Thanks Jon. You are a really great guy.
