Driving through on our way to a different state, so this is a one and done experience. The ding dong emo girl with the lip ring is less than impressive. She rang our order up wrong and when our food came and we pointed out the mistake she said we got what she rang up, like that made it okay. No offer to fix it, just a look of not getting it.

If i could do 0 stars i would. And this is not for the quality of food. But for the management. Telling employees that they dont have enough people to cover for breaks so they dont get breaks. Bullying them to switch shifts with someone else and in that bullying saying "no breaks tonight" for that area that that would be working in. Also making the employee try to find a replacement or they get a write up if they cannot make it in due to health issues when it is the managers responsibility to find a replacement, and a managers responsibility to make sure EVERYONE gets a break. Most of who work there are teens and this is their first job, this is not the place for a teen to be working with the way management is there. Not to mention they hire 15yo without the proper credentials saying that they can work (from state and school)

We stopped here on our way home from a Dr appointment in Schaumburg. We were both very hungry & looking forward to burritos. I went inside & stood at the counter. The lady at the drive thru completely ignored me until a young lady said something to her. She shouted across the foyer that she couldn't help me. Drive thru only. The cars were backed up to the road. Why are the doors open if you can't order? Very rude lady.

I usually have a good experience with this location, however I went tonight and ordered a few things including a chicken quesodilla - which I later found after arriving back home to be half gone! I called to complain and get a refund, but no one was answering the phone at the store. This was 10-20 minutes after I got home and before they closed - around 10pm. Completely unacceptable as I don't know if it was eaten by someone else or not and then stuck in my bag. Also, I asked for no ice in both drinks and still received ice. One of the side tacos was made incorrectly (wrong shell) and had sour cream (which i hate) when it doesn't even include sour cream on a regular taco. Not sure what happened tonight but I would like a refund.

The lazy workers probably shut off the lights to make people think they were closed
Taco Bell doesn't deliver, but check with the likes of Doordash, Grubhub and Ubereats. I'm sure you'll find a Taco Bell delivery through one of those apps.
